Hey all, just wondering if you have any ideas where to list our mini-farm since using a realtor is going to cost 6% and we built this great rural, bug out, mini farm with our own hard work and my husband transferred out of state so after 2 years of not living steady in the same home we are moving and starting over ... again! So selling is bitter sweet and I want someone who will appreciate it to buy it. I have it on Zillow, it's priced super cheap, but this site won't let me list it :( I appreciate any ideas, thanks ALL!
