You and everyone else looting will be in competition. You can buy some now for like a buck a watt. 200 W is like having an Olympic athlete at your beckon call.

You might consider a Faraday cage for a few panels, and charge controllers.

I bought a NiteCore I4 with the optional cig lighter cord so I can charge my Eneloops and 18650 and "D" cells both in the car and off the solar charged battery bank. I have various car chargers for my laptop, camera, spot light and other stuff.

I need to upgrade my battery bank and add some more LED lighting.
