A "No stupid questions" category

Taking this from reddit.

I think it would be great to have a "no stupid questions" section... where benign, embarrassing, or just plain hard to answer questions could be answered without ridicule.

Either for prepping newbies, or seasoned preppers who have something they may not understand.

I'll give an example of my "not stupid" question.

I have read that if you have pneumonia or chest congestion, sitting upright is the best position to be in to cause the mucus to congregate at the low point of the lungs. thus minimizing the effect it has on respiration.

If that is the case- would hanging upside down, like a bat, help the fluid be expelled?

Edit to clarify "there are no stupid questions" , not "no stupid questions allowed".
