Top 5 around the house/vehicle flash lights?

I have a small high quality light mounted on the 12ga that I sleep next to but have made the mistake of relying upon the small and large cheap lights from Costco for around the house.

Recently needed a light and had a large Costco light fail.

It's time to get a quality around the house light and perhaps another for the vehicle.

Is there any consensus on perhaps a top 5 for flashlights for this particular use?

They will sit idle 98% of the time until called upon for use in the house or when out with the vehicle.
