And it makes me think people are really starting to hurt based on what they are.

I KNOW the firearms industry is hurting.

That's why the $6 FAL mags, $8 P-mags, the sub $500 AR parts kits, the $350 gen 3 Glocks, and sub $300 S&W's.

But I'm talking people.

I just picked up a .357 Ruger Blackhawlk (4 5/8 for those who care) for $200

Now it had been hard used, and cera coated over the pitting, but it's perfectly functional.... (ill play with it awhile before i trade it for a boat or something) And it (and the guy I bought it from) weren't "gun collector" types. More "good old country boy"

Recently picked up a marlin model 60 for $50 under similar circumstances, and a Ruger standard (.22 pistol predating the MK2) with 4 mags for $156. (that's almost a $50 pistol!)

Didn't really want any of them, but they were too cheap to pass up, and someone will hit me up to find them the .22's at some point.

There's others, but those prices (and the people in particular) put me in that frame of mind.

Different from "us gun guys" who collect and trade like baseball cards....

What are you seeing?
