Brita water filter

I figured a Brita doesn't do much but it doesn't hurt either. Here's a study that bacteria grows in it and water from it has more bacteria than just tap water used.

I hadn't thought about this for other filters and possible cross contamination from raw water right next to cleaned water. Some filters are impregnated with silver to keep filter clear of growing bacteria.
