Can't Open A Thread - Help Please

I have been a member here since 2011, seldom post. Read regularly. I get the newsletter too. The most recent news letter has this article
"got told today when I went to fill my scrips, that CVS"

I would like to read it as that is the drug store I use for perscription meds.
When I click on the link, I get a message saying I cannot go there because I do not have permission or enough posts.

I posted several times today, and still cannot get to that thread.
What should I do?
