I ordered a computer program from from the WSJ put out by a corporate relocation specialty company about 20 years ago called "Smart Moves". it came on a CD ROM.

It had an insane amount of data to optimize moving to the best location to suit your needs. I have never seen anything like it since. You would input places you wanted to work or visit routinely, how frequently you went to each place. it had all the data on crime, religion, ethnic makeup, real estate prices, traffic, how homes were heated, what homes were made of, school info, taxes, etc. It had a giant optimization program built in that would run after you answered a bunch of questions.
