TV - Cable & Satalite

I'm thinking about cutting the cord (or dish) and I was curious what you guys are doing that don't have cable or satellite, I'm paying about $120+ and it seems to be going up every month.

Any suggestions to still watch some tv, relatively simple and inexpensive? We have Amazon Prime but never got into that, have a Roku never really got the hang of it to be useful, had netfix it was okay but not great - any other good options?
