What to do with people on your land?

I ended up in court of a neighbor using my wood lot as his personal junkyard/dump and paving his driveway across my land. I won but it cost us both thousands.

It always starts off small, walking across your land, letting the dog take a dump. Then it progress to vandalism, riding 4 wheelers, cutting wood, etc.

best to nip it in the bud ASAP. Go to your neighbor and tell him that you respect his property and he needs to respect yours.
