Please cancel my subscription for each month

Hello Survivalist Forum,

Thanks for reading my email. Today I find that I have subscribed your website from Mar. 27th, 2017. But as far as I know, at that time, I only subscribed your website for one month as a try. Why you always get paid from my credit card each month so far?? Please cancel my subscription and stop getting paid from my card.
Really need your help please!
