I recently bought an ILBE pack but have had trouble getting it adjusted for me. When I put it on, it's like the waist belt needs to be lower, or maybe the whole shoulder strap system needs to be raised (thus lowering the waist). I know it's supposed to be very adjustable and fit taller people too. I'm 6'4'' but I figured taller people had worn this pack. Any advice? I've noticed a large velcro pad on the back of the shoulder straps, but I can't really get it off so I figured that was a dead end. Am I not doing something right? Thanks.
