I'm getting an error mesage when I start

I'm getting an error message when I click on the bookmark I have for survivalistboards.com.

The bookmark is http://ift.tt/2g8FfBy, and it usually brings up the "new articles" page. However, sometimes I get this message:

The error message is always the same: "try again in 9 seconds," never 8 or 7, etc. Since it only happens when I'm clicking the bookmark on my browser, something is causing the software to give a warning that doesn't make sense to me.
