Hydrostatic shock

I am a recent member and I do not know if it is ok to post the following question here. if not ok pls excuse me.

I don't know much about guns and I'd like to know if a .45 cal Ruger pistol creates a "hydrostatic shock" when it hits ? ie turns internal organs into mush ?

If anyone knows, thank you in advance.
