Caravan Members to sue the United States for violation of Civil Rights?

If you look at the wording of the suit you will see that it was probably written by a high school kid or a drunk pre-law student. It's just plain stupid.

But, living down here on the border I can assure you that the military is already placing razor wire across bridges and along the Rio Grande! Hope they deploy some water cannons too but haven't seen any yet. Maybe I'll go take some photos when the invading enemy gets closer.
