Roasting coffee with a heat gun and a sieve. Easy Peasy

So I have been roasting coffee beans in air popcorn poppers for several years now. I came across a guy who was roasting in an old bread maker to move the beans and a heat gun for the roasting. I tried that and the bread maker was beating my beans to death so I tried it in a large sieve. I'm still perfecting the process but it give a lot of control and goes pretty quickly if you just want to do a test batch (really quick) up to an 1/2 pound (about 20 minutes but a little messy from all the chaff.
