Roberts thinks the 9th circus court is impartial

It's just human nature, really. Think about it: if you give a person the choice over whether or not to accumulate power into themself to make decisions that they are not meant to make, even the most faithful are going to be tempted. Those who are weaker, or whose moral compass does not point to absolutes, are going to choose to trust themselves over trusting the people to administer their own affairs.

This is exactly why we need the kinds of judges that our friends on the other side of the aisle characterize as 'extreme,' for it is only in their extremity that they can be trusted to remain faithful to the rule of law.
