In September, we had several days in the 90s. That's nearly 20 degrees higher than the usual "max temperature" of the month which almost never surpasses the 70s. All-time record breakers. The same would go for October, where highs usually are in the 50s and 60s, but it there was a stretch of several 80 degree days in there as well. I've never experienced a September and October as warm as what I witnessed this year.
That being said, after starting off November in the 60s, it looks like it is all downhill temperature wise from here. Lows in the teens and highs in the 30s for the next two weeks. I'm a fan of the cold weather, so it really doesn't bother me. I think we are going to get some snow in the next few days.
