Hawaii Implements Rap back......

On December 5th 2016 The Honolulu Police department Put into action Hawaii's state rap back law.

Rapback is am FBI data base used to monitor subscribed peoples for criminal actions anywhere in the country. Anytime a person is arrested for a crime a Notification is sent to the subscribing agency informing them. This data base is usually used for people that work with at risk groups, Such as children or the elderly or those that hold positions of power.

The state of Hawaii passed a law in 2016 that forces all persons applying for a permit or registering a firearm to be input into this data base. Input into the data base in MANDATORY for firearms owners.
