Has anyone recently used or done anything with powdered milk? Had some from the Y2K scare and even back then it was pretty nasty stuff. Has it possibly gotten any better? I ended up only using for cooking (and then on a limited basis) and finally get rid of the rest. Has it gotten any better over the years?
