Likely Nuclear Targets in USA

Greetings.
What areas in USA do you think would be targeted. In the entertainment media, Atlanta Georgia is a common target and closest to me.
But that is American thinking...

Asian mindset might be to target a small city in nowhere, make everyone and every city believe they can be a target.

Miami would give USA plenty of time and ability to destroy the missile and require the longest range from N. Korea-beyond their current and near future capability.

The WTC buildings were targeted for the symbolism they represented.

I also suspect it would be more practical to simply smuggle a weapon into the country. In that scenario, I would bet on Washington, DC
