Raising Snails for SHTF

I love eating snails as escargot is one of my favorite dishes.

We already raise soldier flies.

We did have aquaponics system for fish, but it was just a money losing venture and very difficult to maintain balance of our plants in the aquaponics system.

I have never though of just raising fish in a tote though. That is a good idea. I have a few laying around.

I am still interested in this snail stuff though, but the fish in a non-aquaponics system I could see doing.

Do you do tilapia? Or another type of fish?
