A real blacksmith (black metal) does not just heat and move metal. And a weaponsmith is a whole other ball game, armor, all kinds of weapons and tools.

Forging, welds, tools, heat treating for a wide variety of uses and using different steel/metals is just the tip of the iceberg.

But I get your gist, it looks like a fun project, but you just triggered every snowflake on the board with a sword for a child.

Make a set of gate hinges or a full body set of armor and get back to us.
