Are Multi tools worth the money?

I started buying and using multi tool in the 1990's . Every since then I have been looking for the perfect multi tool. I have a half dozen or so mostly Leatherman. Most to the time I end up using regular hand tool because I feel like the multi tool is going to break. The screw drivers are too short and they don't feel strong enough to get the job done. Doze anyone elce feel this way?
