Here is a riddle I had fun solving. It involves self-help. The solution is linked below the riddle.

Save the Royal Family
=========================
A royal family is at the top of a tower without a stairwell or ladder. A queen, her daughter, a kid, and a cannon ball are the only things in the tower.

Attached to the tower is a pulley system with a rope and two baskets. Each basket is identical and for all purposes are balanced. The baskets and rope are unbreakable.

If one basket outweighs the other, it will lower to the ground. If one basket outweighs the other by more than 15 pounds, it will come crashing to the ground and the occupant will die.

How does the royal family get safely to the ground, with no one left behind?

Queen = 195 lbs

Daughter = 105 lbs

Kid = 90 lbs

Cannon ball = 75 lbs
