Looking for a watch

I have had this watch for only a year and it is starting to become unreliable. About one to two times a month it completely resets itself, obviously this is a problem. I would like analog, full Metal, both casing and band, blacked out, with tritium? - I think that's what they use for the glow. I really like the luminous navy seal colormark black out, but it is out of my price range. Preferably around $100 or less, but am a bit flexible for quality.
