Personally, I didn't care for the small click in firestarter, to small for my mitts, so the ones i had bought were the Lil Led light and compass. that lil light is bright, and it lasts a while on the battery. plus the compass, is decent.not as good as my old 60s marbles pin on, not was cheap as my old taylor compass in a butt cap knife. but somewhere in the middle.
They dont take up a lot of space, and they fit right in a small survival tin/ pouch on a knife sheath at a between $12.95 and $9.99 price tag. plus you can hang em on a cord for a necklace,wear em on a watch or bracelet.

I just picked up 4 more with the light,P/N 9701, to have for future large knife kits I want to put together. Knife works www.knifeworks.com has em for $7.99 for P/N 9700(pic 1) and $10.99 for 9701 (pic 2)respectively.
