Portable saw mill...need input

I am looking at getting a small band saw mill and welcome those who have one or have experience with them to comment. "Portable" is not required as mine will go in a fixed location. Most of my timber is pine, less than 30" in diameter but do have oaks, maple and hickory. Woodmizer LT15 looks good, Timber king a bit pricey but if you have some knowledge of the various mfg's and types I would welcome hearing your experience.
