What's the most powerful 10mm round that won't beat up the gun?

I have a Glock 40 and a Sig P220 10mm. I was pretty set on Underwood 200 grain hard cast flat nose after reading lots of praise on it's power and penetration. In fact I was just about to place an order. But then I thought that I should first ask you guys if the ammo will beat the hell out of my guns??

I don't know much about ammo, I'll hear things about hot loads that can start damaging a gun after a humble amount of rounds, would this Underwood ammo actually damage my Sig or Glock after awhile? If so how much power can I get away with without having to worry about damage to my 2 guns?

And another quick question please, what would be good budget 10mm rounds for when I'm just shooting paper targets? For paper targets I would like something cheaper then the Underwood mentioned above, however I would not want something SO cheap that the ammo had any type of issues related to safety or misfiring. Thanks.
