City Boy Turned Country Man

I grew up just outside the big city. A half breed Turk, raised by my Christian mother/Step Father... I learned great values and how to work hard. We never had much money so I started working construction at a young age (helper status!).

I worked blue collar jobs to get into my white collar degree. Between my degree, some time as LE, I now work as a security consultant... so much fun

I enjoy the skills I learned working in construction... it fuels most of my hobbies... which my co-workers/employees feel are never ending (should I ever contain my lust to learn?)

I grew great distain for the attitudes and selfishness of the city... which pushed me to move 81 miles from my job. I'm currently reworking my evacuation plan and fighting age to ensure I can return home safely.

The wife and I are also looking to purchase some property farther out in the country... more land, much smaller house, more off grid-ish style (light electrical need)... maybe to retire in eventually

I instagram my adventures and projects (mostly race cars and beer) @garagegraderacecar

Let's block ads! (Why?)
