Maryland gun laws..suck!

Gonna be traveling down to Maryland next week, figured I should educate myself on their handgun laws...WOW! Cant transport in a car, can't carry on person either openly or concealed (without permit) no reciprocity with Maine. Basically you can only possess while on your own property or driving DIRECTLY to & from a gun range or class, or driving DIRECTLY back home from purchasing at a firearms dealer.

I guess Im driving down with just my baton & pepper spray.
