Canned Beef Stock

DefaultCanned Beef Stock


Newbie canner here. I pressure canned some beef stock a month ago. I followed all guidelines for the recipe. The stock has a white, nasty looking film floating at the top. I am sure this is fat. I skimmed as much fat as I could before canning the stock. Of course I fear botulism. Am I good to go here?
