Are there any negative aspects or impacts of the common 6mm plastic pellets for airsoft guns that are injurious to animals like chickens, dogs, or anything else. I am concerned about said animals eating them. Today I caught one of dogs with one in its mouth. I guess they would pass right through the GI of a dog. No sure about chickens and their gizzards grinding them up.
