Too much applesauce

Yum. Apple sauce cake.

If you do not want to make it from scratch, buy a cake mix and add applesauce and spices to it: possibly raisins also. Possibly chopped walnuts if you like them. Adjust the amount of water the recipe calls for as you think best.

My folks used to add a little sugar and make fruit leather to die for, as their grandchildren can swear to.
