Wind River movie

I went to the theatre to see Wind River, mostly because I am a Jon Bernthal fan. I was pleasantly surprised by what i got to see.

First off, this is NOT a happy happy movie. SPOILER: the bad guys do get it in the end, but this is not a movie to leave you with the warm and fuzzies.

HOWEVER, that being said, Jeremy Renner does an OUTSTANDING job as a male lead. He makes you empathize with his character, gives the laconic cowboy depth, overall REALLY knocks the role out of the park.

Elizabeth Olsen plays Jane, a rookie FBI agent sent to the Wind River Reservation to investigate the death of a young Native American girl. Going to have to see the movie because I don't want to give too much away here.

As a real treat, Graham Greene plays the Tribal police chief.
