VICELAND? Where's my Ancient Aliens?!!!

WTH is going on with H2 (History Channel 2)? WTH is Viceland? I actually had to check to make sure it wasn't April 1st. Then I checked to see if DISH was having one of their disputes with a provider. Will someone turn on H2 and tell me WTH I am seeing? A countdown to greatness?
