Try Morning Moo. I cooked for a lactose intolerant person and found I could substitute it in recipes with no flavor changes. It is a powder that you reconstitute and if you do it at night and let it be refrigerated overnight, by morning it is ready to drink and has a great flavor even to drink. Much better and much less expensive than Lactaid Milk.
Several of the LTS companies carry it but Walmart does also and I found their prices on it to be lower every time I needed to order it.
