It was an 80's made for TV movie, post apocalyptic, where an older man is traveling through the wasteland, armed with an UZI. Sub genre was post nuclear war, I think. The only scene I remember is him struggling for control of the Uzi with a fat, senile guy. My memory wants to tell me that ammo and arms were scarce in the story, thus the importance of the Uzi.
