I don't know if you can do it with bladders, I'm sure you could but I use bottles and keep one in my jacket or sleep with them in my sleeping bag. Also if it's stainless bottles you can put hot water in and warm up with it. Someone people on other posts have mentioned this issue in mountain combat having bladders freeze. They could probably give you some more information
