HR193 - "American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2017"

1 - Leave the U.N.
2 - Let some time pass, a few years (there will be a lot of hurt feelings internationally)
3 - When the rest of the civilized world is ready, form a new, more narrowly defined international body to air grievances without war ... not that it'll be particularly effective (see League of Nations), but it's worth a try as long as its mission is strictly limited to that purpose

Somewhere in there, I'd expect the U.N. to collapse either entirely or mostly. The U.N.'s main purpose at the moment is to move wealth from America to the rest of the world. If America wasn't a member, there'd be very little point.
