Molle II:; How to pack and what to put in it? Leaving urban area for wilderness

Molle II is good pack for the money. There's a guy in my area selling them for $55 out of his garage, very cool.

What i want to know, is there a list of what to put in the pack and where to put everything? For combination camping and survival?

How many knives and which type would you carry? Saws? Hatchets? What type of stove and why?

Sleeping setup is pretty obvious; sleeping bag, pad, liner and a bivy if you want.

Tent with tarp or just 2 tarps (one tarp is for the ground).

Parachord? How much and why? If I have that and I have other stuff like poly rope should I take that too or is it overkill?

What about misc. stuff like duct tape, black tape, tie wire, zip ties? Measuring tape (tell me if these are a waste of space or redundant or just not needed).
