You need to turn off any adblock type programs before you download the files and they should download fine then.

If the files are downloading onto your computer and not opening, your antivirus settings may be prohibiting them from opening. Mine was blocking opening the downloaded files completely and I reset it to scan downloads for viruses and then open them and it worked fine.
