swai?I was at the store to pick up tilapia for dinner tonight and it was $7/lb I think salmon was a dollar cheaper I just need to get more fish recipies. I saw this fish ive never heard of before called Striped Pangasius (swai) for $2.77/lb im lookin up recipies now but has anybody had it before? What would you compare it to? Do yall think itll be fine for canning if its been frozen before?
