what scope mount do i need ?

hi
need advice on what scope mount to get
never had a scope before should i get a professional or gunsmith to mount and sight in or is it easy ?

18 inch flat upper with flip up sights
weaver V-7 2-7X32 riflescope

i have no clue on what height,1 or 2 piece,brand etc ..
