bayou 220/250 parts compatability etc

Neighbor needed money, so I've got a $750 Kawasaki 250 (battery and pull start) to go with my $500 220. (Both very clean)

I see from a brief perusal that some parts interchange.
Anyone point me to where I can see a list?

Also, with the pullstart... not that I consider EMP a serious threat, but.... what's computer chiped?
