help from AR500 Level III+ Plate owners

Folks, I'd like some help please.

I'm making my own exterior MOLLE carrier for an old concealable level IIIA soft armor and I'm going to be buying this Level III+ plate from AR500 to add to it:

The carrier is almost done but I need to know exact thickness of the plate so I can calculate the size of the pocket for the plate to slip into.
