Building up chicken stock in freezer in increments

We can a lot of chicken and other meats. I hate to waste the chicken broth when we crack a pint of chicken open for sandwiches.

My question is, we put some stock out of one jar in the freezer and it obviously didn't fill it up. Would it be okay to add refrigerated chicken stock on top of the already frozen chicken stock so as to fill the jar each time we open a pint of our canned chicken?

What about other meats? Like pork and beef stock from jars. Keeping the beef with the beef, chicken with the chicken and pork with the pork?
