Not really unless the notary has an interest in the subject matter of the affidavit. I used to be a notary, I notarized documents for co-workers all the time. The jurat page of an affidavit generally reads:

STATE OF FLORIDA

COUNTY OF

Sworn to (or affirmed) and subscribed before me this day of , (year) , by (name of person making statement) .

I've never known a notary to accept non photo id.
