Basically,a black caretaker walking an autistic patient,who was carrying a toy truck.

Cops get call about erratic man carrying gun.

Black man ,(on cell phone video),lays down,arms in the air,tries to explain about the patient.

Care taker gets shot,certainly wasn't resisting.

Just when cops get everyone supporting them,1 cop undoes all that work.

Its to early,I don't want to rush to judgement-but it doesn't look good for the officer.
