Northern Outfitters EXP Boots

Hi Guys,

You might want to be warned about the Northern Outfitters EXP Boots. I called the owner of the company in Florida this afternoon. He told me that the boots had a “shelf life” and that the soles disintegrate after a certain number of years. In other words, he knows about it and said that all of them do this.

I asked what provision he has to replace these as it is a design fault. He said none and he will not honor any type of warranty.

I have a bunch of pictures of the boots, but I cannot figure out how to post them here... I'm curious to know if anyone else out there has had this same issue. I have three sets of EXP boots that are useless at this point.
